José Enrique (Kike) Vera

I'm driven by one mission: give independent businesses the tools and financial access big players take for granted.

I've launched 8+ food brands and delivered over 1M meals in Latin America. Then I built Pancho, a purchasing copilot that helped independent restaurants in the US buy better and sell more. I also helped scale Agiliza360, a WhatsApp commerce OS, to 80K monthly orders across LatAm.

Before founding, I spent a decade in global logistics at Maersk, DHL and APM Terminals. Today I'm building for the small businesses that keep Latin America running, at the intersection of fintech, traditional industries and mobility.

Where software meets operations and money

In Latin America, software alone rarely wins. You have to operate, lend or build alongside your customer. Everything I work on today does at least two of the three.

Mobility · Fintech

ODO

Rent-to-own cars for ride-hailing drivers in Lima. No down payment. Drivers own the car at the end, and we help them earn more along the way.

31 cars in operationODO 1, fully funded by shareholders and running through a trusted referral network of drivers.
ODO 2The next stage: more cars and more drivers, with the same referral network and the same risk controls.
TAVO, the driver copilotAn app for payments, reminders and route insights that help each driver earn more per hour.
Fintech · SMBs

The SMB finance stack

AI-native accounting, electronic invoicing and invoice financing for Peruvian small businesses. One place to stay compliant, see your numbers and get paid faster.

In stealth. Happy to share more in person.

Advisory

Fractional GTM & Growth

I help founders find the go-to-market that actually closes: ICP, pricing, channels and the first repeatable sales motion. Built from a decade of selling to restaurants, shippers and SMBs.

Food connects people like nothing else

Ten years of opening kitchens, bars and online brands taught me what independent operators fight every day.
